Travel Planning and Research Fees
Custom travel planning services range from $100-$300 depending on the complexity and/or duration of travel. We will discus the exact amount during our initial consultation so there are no surprises.
Please note: travel requested within 14 days of departure may be subject to an expedited planning fee due to the time-sensitive nature of the request.
These fees allow me to devote the time and care needed to research, design and refine a personalized travel experience - ensuring no detail is overlooked.

Whether you complete the form or email me directly, this first step gets the conversation started. We’ll schedule a brief phone or video chat (about 20 minutes) to talk through your travel goals and get a sense of whether we’re a. great fit — because this is more than just planning a trip, it’s a collaborative partnership

Itinerary Design
You’ll receive 1–3 tailored itinerary options, depending on the nature of your trip. From there, we’ll work together to refine and customize the details based on your preferences with up to 4 revisions. I’ll send a planning agreement and invoice for the research and planning fee (if not already completed).

Booking & Finalization
Once your ideal itinerary is confirmed, I’ll take care of securing all arrangements — including hotels, transfers, activities, and more.
As your departure approaches, you’ll receive a beautifully organized digital itinerary with all your plans, contacts, confirmations, and personalized touches in one easy-to-access place. Once you’re home, I’d love to hear how your journey went! Your feedback helps me continue to grow and refine the experience I provide.
