Movies to Inspire Wanderlust

A few nights ago I sat down with a glass of wine and started "channel surfing". How can I have so many options and nothing that I wanted to watch? Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney Plus and YouTube TV - NOTHING! Like so many of others, I find myself spending the spring at home, thankful for the health of my family, but disappointed that so much travel I had planned has been postponed or cancelled.
So, what can I do when I can't travel? Watch movies that INSPIRE travel. Below are the movies on my watch list. Each focuses on a different part of the world. Some I've seen and will watch again. Others I'm looking forward to watching for the first time. Only "The Great Pause", as some are calling this pandemic, would allow me to sit down and watch this many movies. I plan on taking advantage of the gift this has given us - TIME. Time to breath, time to focus on family/self and time to dream.
